Fruit-slicing mobile game built as an e-commerce demo

Overview
Juicy Slices takes the satisfying core mechanic of fruit-slicing games and reframes it around e-commerce: instead of fruit, players slice through products flying across the screen. It was built in 2022 as a demo to explore how hyper-casual mechanics could drive product discovery in a shopping context — the same concept that later evolved into Alignium.
Developed in Unity as a mobile WebGL project and published on itch.io. The demo proved the engagement hypothesis and directly informed the design direction of Alignium's gamification layer.
