Responsible for the management and development of VSOutlet, Vestel's dedicated outlet and clearance e-commerce platform. Work covered the full customer journey — browsing, product pages, checkout flows — as well as campaign tooling and backend operations management.

Coordinated between commercial, marketing, and IT teams throughout the project lifecycle, with a focus on conversion optimization and operational efficiency.
